Hi all, me and a few mates are planning a short break to the Isle of Man in August, have a blast round the TT circuit a few beers afterwards if anyone would like to come.

During the Manx GP ? or before ?

Thats a long time in the future . most of us on the forum wont even risk buying green bananas .

Too far for me ... something south of Birmingham would be good tho' ??

Why three years ?

My lovery wife has landed is on financial shit
And we are on a set budget and will be debt free
In 3 years.....so I'm cycling to work till then

And with 2 kids..a mortgage and the recesion
Things are really hard

Sorry to hear that Eddie, I KNOW what you`re going through from personal experience, it does get better but as you say often there`s a timescale involved.

The wife won't let me
She says if I don't have a bike
I'm a proper bastard to live with

Ah well I`ve the bikes but not the woman, right now it seems like the best deal too!
