And farewell to you all for another year.
I'm off to work for another 11 months.
No summer, no bikes, no fun.
It's been a blast for the past month.
My TRX is going better than ever with new rubber, ignition and exhaust.
I'll miss it, but there's always next summer.
Bring it on.

I think we've had this discussion before.
I have no desire at all to ride in HK.
Having to wait until 3am to go for a blast on one of the only twisty roads in HK is not my idea of fun.
I'm usually only in HK on the weekends, and most of that time is spent catching upon the sleep that I lost during the previous week.
Between the big buses, green mini-buses, red mini-buses, taxis and general population who think bikes don't exist I'm happy enough to wait until next December when I can ride for 400+ km's a day and see almost no-one.

I work in the optical fibre industry and live in HK as it is central to the Asia Pacific countries that I travel to most often i.e. China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore.
I am also dragged further afield sometimes. I'll be in Europe next week, India in February and North America in March.
It is very rare for me to go back to Oz for work, so I save up all my vacation time and blow it all at once for Christmas & New Year break.

I hope they look after you very very well Dicky.
I could never say goodbye to my bikes for 11 months of the year. Without the release, I would simply go insane
