Over Racing downpipes + bellypan?

Over Racing downpipes + bellypan?
Visually it seems Over's downpipes make larger radius turn than the OEM pipes ("more air" between the front of engine and exhaust) so are there any bellypans that fit bolt-on without modifications? Looks like the space could be quite limited for most spoilers...

The over headers project 13cm in front of the leading edge of the sump. Neither of my belly pans go anywhere near accommodating the headers even when modified with a dremmel.
