I very very much doubt there is much around over a real 100bhp. And certainly not reliably.
OK, so there have been a few who can produce one off dyno charts (which in themselves are utterly fecking meaningless) but not many who can show their gains. I have dyno charts for mine showing a stock 72bhp right up to a peak of 103.2 - all done on the same dyno.
Anyhoo, to answer your question. On 17/42 gearing (with a 70 section front tyre - it is relevant

)I have seen an indicated 150. My dyno charts tell me that actual top speed is also a shade over 150.
Not done standing quarters for a while but I'd be reckoning terminal velocity of circa 125 - high tens or (more likley) low elevens.
In real money, mine will stick with most 600s up until silly speeds
