Got everything painted... just sorting out rubber/nylon washers so belly pan does not get rubbed away (amazing how hard it is to get rubber and nylon washers).
Two more to go...Got the levers on too, look shmick and even I got them no dramas... brake lever perfect fit and clutch needed three stainless washers ...
Big thumbs up to Quality Bike Repairs (QBR) at Lawnton absolutely legend work, good price and absolutlely fantastic service with a smile too

Can you say where you sourced the bits from? Is there a supplier in Oz I could look into?

Hi mate,
Got bellypan and seat cowl (read rarer than a gold hens tooth from a flying castle in the sky around the mesopotamia era) from UK with ten million other bits (a really good salesman, I only walked in for the seat cowl
)
The rear hugger off ebay though I would spend a bit more and get it from Geelong Carbon Craft on the gold coast and I would bet they would be able to do up a bellypan and seat cowl for you. If not I have a foam seat you could cast yourself if good at fibreglass or they could borrow to make a cowl out of for you?

Thanks Baron, appreciate the advice.
You've confirmed my thinking that rear seat cowls are as rare as rocking horse poo.
I've got some time in London later this year...I wonder if I could deposit my better half in a shopping area while I go in search of bits for Big Red...

Kedo still sell them too, IIRC around 110 Euro`s.

They are made by German company
Haungs and also available directly from them. Price for unpainted unit is 119 eur and painted to original colours 164 eur (product no. SA8, Staufachabdeckung). Great quality and also great customer service.
