Billet yoke .........looks like Ill be busy tomorrow

Post by zednine » Fri Feb 18, 2011 10:28 pm

Ive had my trx a few months and to be honest its a nice bike but the front end has always looked pants

To help the poor thing out I visited Matt at the streetfighter store which is on a nearby industrial estate and ordered a new top yoke. I ordered the yoke on Wednesday and picked it up today ( Friday ) along with some nice Renthals , grips and bare ends .

Helpful fella , true bike enthusiast ( even offered me a cuppa ) and didnt mind an hours bike chat when im sure hed rather have been working.

Anyway heres what we have ......... First thing tomorrow Im having new tyres fitted and then the rest of the day bolting on the goodies and hopefully getting the digi dash working ..........

Wish me luck :)

Should look good :D

I'd take the opportunity to maybe stick in some new head bearings whilst the front end is in bits.
