which is what the instructions say, but what i find difficult to decide, it can differ quite a bit.

I like your rule analogy dfh :D simpler than cutting a pen spring in half! 8)

Careful cutting with an angle grinder will give you the flat edge you need Hans - if you're not confident - would like to send them to me, I'd be happy to try them in mine :lol:
