I'm pretty sure the pitch of the banjo bolt (and therefore the pressure switch bolt) for the rear master cylinder on the TRX is the same as the pitch for the standard front brake banjo bolts, so be careful buying a 'brembo specific' one, I'd go for a TRX specific one.

Can no kind members put a thread guage across any spare banjo bolts they might have, it would clear all this post hockey up?
I don`t have one to hand they are on the bike!

hey people i have a pressure switch rear brakelight, but mine is a washer type , so you use the same bolt . got mine from a moto x shop, they use them when they put lights on moto x bikes. have attached a pic, its the small black thing on top the mastercylinder.

Could i ask another favour. What was the shop you got it from? Do you have the details of what it was called, size, shape anything relevant to let me try to get one here?

2 banjo m10-1.00
these are the # from www.dirtguide.co.nz book under the DRC heading, it was $20 nz
sorry not sure what one i have, think the last numbers are hole size

Bracket is held on by the hanger, with short bolt into that, spring is held onto a long bolt into the brake pedal. Hope you can see from the above pics, and that this may help you.

Didn`t find the brake pressure switch yet, I`ll have to keep looking. But.............................

Well as long as it works with brake pedal pressure that doesn`t matter, brake fluid is after all similar to a light oil.

Welll if you weren't sure Cobba is a legend hopefully can get phone photos up then can see what the deal was. Got gear shift on okay, rear brake not so easy. Didn't line up end of brake pedal and the rear master cylinder.

Well gap was there can't do much about it next job... fix gap... Cobba sorted....
bracket sorted... rear brake sorted.... just need an oil pressure switch and .......yes you guessed it Mincehead..... SORTED

Pom in NZ any chance at all the guys at your NZ DRC will know what exact part you ordered for your oil pressure switch? I have chased around Bris yesterday and half the mob only have the banjo bolt (poss $40aud ) style which you need the thread type and the other lot have no idea what I am talking about ...

You need an M8 female rose joint (see the picture Harris sent you) you should be able to pick one up for about £3 The rose joint will bridge the gap left after removing the clevice arrangement from your master cylinder
