Presume the Yoshis are slip on end cans and not a full system?

if yes, you should start saving for a free flowing exhaust - they really do restrict the flow of gases and you will not see the full benefit of flatslides.

But, power is nothing without control and you will be faster by spending money on suspension

Bike turned up friday but been abs.pissing down here so only managed to get out for a quick blip today & 1st impressions are.....fooking brilliant!! :D
Loved the handling - felt like chucking around a 250(after my tl)! forks dropped by about 20mm (static sag & rider sag preliminary set-up b4 1st ride)& all seems good, jus wind up the compression on the front some 2morrow & if not enough thinking fitting some spacers on the springs for a bit more pre-load & hoping will be spot-on(quite a small chap me). The drop in ponies I didn't find too bad so thinking a jet kit & bmc filter(interestingly me mate who builds the turbo/nitrous motors in the drag racing scene whilst also operates the dyno @ local bike shop rekon's K&N are ok but doesn't increase airflow too much & strongly reccomends BMC?) will have to be ordered asap(ohh, i guess the nightmare will begin setting up with jets & needle heights etc lol-any1 done airbox mods for this kind'a work?). The cans I am not sure actually are yoshi's but seem to be good quality with some v.nice TIG welding will be cut down 2morrow nite as they seem like two longoats on there @ the mo!-hopefully give bit more of a bark @ the same time [-X
I'm thinking this will be enough to get me through the summer & then full strip in the winter for powder coating frame wheels & panels resprayed in some wicked colours - yep i'm thinking this may be a keeper...

Thanks very much to all u guys....1 v.happy new trx owner :nike:
Cheers dudes
Ja

P.S dyno-jet or some1 else here reccomends factory pro jet kit? (only used dyno-jet b4)

Factory pro have titanium needles and plated emulsion tubes which are much harder wearing than soft as shite aluminium. i fitted the Factory pro stuff and had it set up on a dyno
