Forks....again....

Theoretically, wouldn´t any 41mm forklegs fit if you got the right sized stuff at the bottom....spindle, wheel etc??
....and of cource if not the length is way off!
Caliper/disc line up could be a biatch i guess....?

£900 is a lot for a pair of forks, eh? ThunderCat forks would be a good option for the money.

No, i ain´t going for the "more of the worth of the bike" stuff....
One interesting thing is the VTR stuff wich is 41mm.....

if by VTR you mean firestorm, i had one, a new one in 1998 the forks were not good i had to send them to maxton to get them sorted there's not enough rebound and to much compression which is not adjustable ,,you only have rebound adjust ,what some lads did was fit fireblade forks ,,hope this helps .....

Nah, in that case the SP2 fork...same 41mm but "real" forks!

SP2 forks are 43mm USD
95-98 CBR600 had 41mm cartridge forks. 95-97 ZX-6R had them too.

Even if he was right, they'd be no good cos they won't fit your yokes will they? So if you're gonna change the yokes, you may as well fit "any" front end....R1, YZF750 etc.
Only advantage of 41mm RWU forks is they fit the TRX yokes.....or am I missing something here?
