Found a digital speedo from an (unknown) Triumph with an analogue dial.

I'd think to put it on a SRX6.
Is it usually possible to change wheel size on OEM speedos?
Are there maybe other electronic problems associated with swapping to other bike brand?

Wheel size is irrelevant for OEM electronic speedos as they tend to run from the gearbox or the front sprocket. Besides, how many road bikes run anything other than a 17" front?

If the speedo is to work from gearbox or front sprocket, it needs to know
gearbox and secondary transmission ratios as well as the gear selected...

Then I believe that 17"" refer to the rim size, so when I change it
(say from 100/80-18 to 100/90-18) I end with a bigger wheel?
Would this also affect the gearbox speedo?

Well I'm a bit puzzled . But I conclude it's a bad idea to try to fit said speedo...

The speedo will work with the ECU and is most liklley not programmable

Almost as I guessed...
No opinion concerning the SRX?

Madivi, my SRX had a single white faced clock on it ( see my bike pics ) I dont think it would have been able to have a modern speedo connected.
