Fork springs and emulators

Hi I'm going the way of new springs and racetech emulators to upgrade the standard TRX forks. I've had a bit of a search on here and it seems that if you fit Ohlins springs you junk the spacers (can someone please correct me if im wrong). Now my problem is that to fit emulators you take up some of the spring lenght, which with standard springs you get back by shortening the spacers. So If I fit emulators that kind of means I cant use Ohlins springs right? So are there any replacement springs out there that still use the spacers?

My Hyperpro and Eibach springs use the spacers.

Correct. Ohlins springs DON'T use the spacer tube, or any spacer at all.

The Eibach springs i was supplied with I had to use an extra 35mm spacer also to fit. How much more room do you need for the emulator???

About 35mm! Has anyone used Maxton springs?
