Well, tried the akra out a couple of days ago and in comparison to the MAB it was a pig down low but at 6k rpm there where a real strong kick and away it went. So now i´m thinking of keeping the MAB for steret use....hmmm..... 8-[

Mate if you don't want to keep the Akra I would to buy it off you. I've been trying to find an Akra 2-1 system for months now. Please drop me a PM if you want to sell (or if anyone else has one to sell please let me know)

Hmm, bought a programmable CDI so we´ll see if i can fix the low down a bit.
Got shiftlight and quickshift and immobilizer....so it´s worth it anyway...

UPS came with it today and it´s already programmed and tested on a bike with same specs so it should be a quick fit :-)

Are you as 'quick' in mounting as UPS is in delivery

I can't wait to see pictures or movies, good luck.

...Got meself an arrow stubby can (260mm) wich fits the akra´s 60mm and now it´s SO much better....shoots out from 2k revs again so i´m a happy camper....but will still take out a bit on the stubs.

I have to say that's my epxerience as well with Akra end cans and why I run with the Devil can.

2 - 1 systems are notoriously difficult to setup on TDM/TRX engines. Usually a big hole in the middle. I tried a Devil 2 - 1 on my 850 TDM but despite trying to sort out the jetting, I reverted back to a Laser 2 - 2

Yep - I've got Akra headers with a big bore devil can (and hundreds of pounds spent getting it right on the dyno!!)

Could it be that one cyl is leaner than the other and when you go 2-1 it´s hard to see what jetting is optimal....just a thought....
