Some may think it´s the shiate....some just crap....
I fell in love with the outlets....and the cans will be highmounted just up against the fairings.

As you may remember i commented your outlet, love those big *ss ports! ....but there will "of cource" be two of ´em!
Got a set of downpipes wich i got for 18€ on evilbay wich i´ve modded with something called "supercans" and they will now be 2-1-2-1-2
Have NO idea if it works on a twin but i got everything dirt cheap so it´s just fun to try!
They measured a 14bhp increase on lower revs on a gixxer i think!
The cans are supposed to lower vibrations also and if they only do that i´m a happy camper!
The downpipes with "supercans" fitted.....

....are now tried out.
This is quite remarkable, my termi´s are on it´s way to France so i had to put on the stock cans....BEST RIDE OF THE YEAR!
The grunt and ohhmpfff from low to a bit past mid where noticable WAY better!!
I know that the stock cans are a little better than straight thru cans on the mid but this was something else....
Vibrations also where decreased just as the shop mechanic said it would.
Heard from a collegue who competes in motocross that they use these cans in the VM series to increase low/mid ohmpff.
....almost so i want to cancel the Zorstec order....but hey....looks are a factor to!
Well, change of the acc pump cover...kentcams....and a long day at the dyno and i think we are set!

Stock cans (as in standard, heavy, restrictive etc) are better than Termis in the lower rev ranges? Is that really what you're saying?

Kinda but not exactly!
...original cans has always been better for me in city traffic with cue driving...1500 to 2500 revs or so.
Anyway, what i was REALLY saying with all this is that since the stock ARE restrictive the "supercan" must have helped quite a lot!
I thought the bike would not drive at all with keihins and stock cans but it drove amazing!
As said, best ride yet!

Which only goes to prove the FCRs are leagues better than those stock P.O.S. things it comes with.
