What does Taper bored mean?

Are they just bored out to like 40 mm ore someting like that ?

I`m assuming it means they have been opened up through their bores and the` taper` is simply at their mouth into the bore, possibly they are now of a `larger` bore but it`s hard to see any difference from the pictures.
No idea what the modification for main jets bit is all about though
You can change the main jets on standard carbs anyway. I would contact the seller for more clarification and information myself.

I guess having like 40mm all the way to the exhaust would do something good.
