Finally found the 2010 ..R6 shock that i liked, and armed with one of Kaylas adapters, threw it together tonight..the whole job would take an hour and a half except that my YZF rear swing has the reinforced upper and the gas resevoir on the new shock wont fit through..so its off with the rear wheel and drop the swing down while supporting the bike with axle stands and feed the shock in through the top, THEN..trim the top of the swing reo to allow travel with the shock and resevoir in place..not really a drama..
Not much to the ride height diference 4mm..[nice one Kayla].,and im sure the ride to work tomorrow will be looked foreward to much more now than OL-YELLA which had 154,000 kays up.. and if the gold resevoir is supposed to have gas in it.?
You guessed it..! #-o

And a front fender extension that ive made up for bling.
Need another road sign for a rear hugger next...and then...the whole rear seat cowl in alloy.
