A polishing guide?

So I've finally had the Yoshimura system delivered and I've already struck a problem, I'm under the impression you need the 90 degree bracket that sits on the underside of the rear sets to mount them. However I received them with an entire left hand rear peg and bracket complete with the yoshi 90 degree bracket, however on the right side they have just given me a long curved bar with mounting holes in either end. Where on earth is it meant to go to???

I am planning on getting some of them, however i'm not sure if they come to the same point as the standard ones or if they go to where the bracket would be.
