Headlight rattle

Has any one else had an issue with their headlight rattling internally?

My trx850 headlights reflector is loose and rattles over bumps. I brought another headlight from a member on this forum and it has the same problem.

I was able to look down between the inside of the headlight body and the reflector and you can see the movement in the adjuster screws plastic nut. The plastic nut is loose where it is secured to the reflector causing movement of the reflector inside the headlight body.

I was wondering if others have the same issue with their headlights?
This is my third trx850 I have owned and I haven't had this issue before.
