TPS
My TPS is not adjusting, no matter how much I try it's either at 8K or 1K. Resistence was slightly out, new price is prohibitive and do not want to lose low down punch by doing TPS bypass. Does anyone know if TPS is common to other models, one forum suggested

XJR 1300, GSX600F Katana Bauj. 2000, GSF 1200 Bandit, SV 650, DL 650, SACHS Roadster 650, R1 all the same
Does anyone know if this is right?

Re: TPS
xj900s diversion from 97-02
xj1200 98
xj1300 98-2000 including the sp models
They all share the same part number and interchangable.
Try calibrating with the ignitec first.
Throttle position sensor TPS input.
An input is ready for standard TPS sensors used on motorbikes. It is designed for voltage range 0 - 5 V. Sensor
settings for 0 % and 100 % is set by TCIP4.EXE software.
Check it out in the manual when it arrives..
It may save you unwanted costs for a replacement TPS
