Initially, on leaving his place I thought there was no difference at all through the 40kph and 60kph zones, but after opening the taps a little on the bridge and after, the difference was noticeable.
The bike cleared it's throat and was definitely smoother. I didn't really see the whole picture until I hit traffic lights and corners...
Now, after riding it to work for a couple of days I can say that the throttle-jerk when twisting on and off is all but gone, the smell of petrol when within 10 feet of the bike is no longer there, gear-changes are a great deal smoother, and power delivery and firing seems much less chunky and rough.All-in-all, without having had a decent ride yet, I can certainly vouch for these systems and reckon yer a mug if you don't get one!

Step 3, K&N air filter is in the mail!
To both of us, one of the old emulsion tubes looks decidedly oval, if not almost triangular, but I've tried powerful lighting, magnifying glasses, you name it, and it's REALLY difficult to tell with the naked eye. I've tried to photograph them but failed miserably.
I do have Friday 14th and Monday 17th off, though.
