Steering stem circlip
Hi all - does anyone happen to know the diameter of the steering stem retaining circlip?

It's in the steering stem under the lower tripple Dicky.
Stops the stem from any upward movement.
i don't have the measurement, but would suggest the inner diameter of a lower steering bearing race will be close.
