One more top end rebuild

Gas goes to the tank. Problem solved.
It's silly, stupid, whatever.
The airbox. It has a foam band around it, whitch touches gas tank from the inside.
It looked like a factory one and in place until I tried and looked through filterbox from another TRX.
It was the foam. It's too solid and when you put a tank over it, it blocks air supply to the upper part of filter box, where the intake hole is.
Removed it and everything is fine now.
By the way, it looked really factory installed. Faulty assembly? Mistake? Who knows.

Yep 1 of the lads local had the same issue about 12 mths ago and took 2 days and a lot of dyno runs to find the same result with the foam blocking the air flow

Well, for me it took 4 months. Still happy, it's over.
Done 800 km yesterday. The bike gets 6liters per 100km and I switch to reserve at 250. At average speed 140-150.
I found my old valves, just need to take a picture and find the way to put it here. Someone asked me for it.
