cost me £690 in total if anyone else is thinking of getting the full kit, the only thing I left out was the crank case breather as I had yin kicking about the garage, let me know how you get on fitting them,

I take it we all ordered at the same time from the same guy....br special tuning right?? Hoping mine should turn uo today then hopefully, again waiting for filters as i have ordered the full kit.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited, just wanna get the little beauties on now.
Mind you i think looking at them philk id rather put them on the mantle in the front room eh??

Just this minute took delivery of my fcr's and complete set of filters so mega chuffed!!!!
Philk, without having a look at the existing carb setup, please tell me these are the ones with the specific tps mount. Cant see anything that stands out as being that (not that i know what im looking at!!!), thats why i ordered them as i dont wanna be arsing around with the cdi/ecu/blah mod.

On the right hand carb at the top you will see a brass bit sticking out. this is for the TPS

got mine today, fitted them tonight, but I seem to have fitted the throttle cables wrong as it is not snapping back I took the old carbs of last week ant cant remember what way the old ones were routed any pictures would be helpfull as I have tried it a dozen ways with no luck

cheesie,
no pics, but the two cables operate on a 'push pull' basis so it won't snap back by itself.

cheers trixynut, if thats the case then all is fine I must of been lucky with fitting the tps as the tacho seems to be working fine, does the engine cough a bit when you whip the throttle open
