Right then - some help please.
As I understand it the NGK DPR8EA plug is standard for Japanese / Aus market and DPR9EA for UK market.
Disregarding the letters, IIRC the lower the number the colder the plug operates at (hence the 8 being used in countries where the ambient temeperature is higher than in teh UK where the 9 is used).
Is that right?
And if it is, should I be using an 8 rather than a 9 in a tuned motor since it runs hotter?

UK plug is DPR8EA-9.

Yes. It says "Europe 4UN3" and "Switzerland, Austria 4VN2" on it.
