I just won some bluespots on ebay. They only accept pay pal. i have been meaning to do it for ages. so am signing up
do i need a premier account or willa personal account do the trick. i have no clue so a bit of advice would go a long way.

Personal Account is fine for buying. You must register a credit card, otherwise your payment will be an echeque taking 7-9 days to clear. A CC payment is immediate.

If you can get another card with a small amount in it then it stops you being ripped off re bank account details. (Although Nigerians aren't known to import big bikes!)
