yzf750 is not the same as fzr750 by a loooooong way. yzf750 usd forks will not fit in the TRX yokes.

yzf forks.....okay i got my fzr and yzf muddled up
what i ment was if i want to fit usd front forks is it true that yzf usd forks will go straight in no pressing of yokes/heavy mods, thats what i really ment to ask.......here why,i saw this earlier

Can't help on the R1 conversion how-to, but just reading thro wot you wrote, note TRX clip-ons won't fit R1 USD forks, and check your existing bluespots are off an R1/R6 as if they're Chundercat etc bluespots, they won't fit R1 forks (I think) due to position of brake line bolt.
Alternatively, YZF750 USD fork conversion how-to: Remove front ends, swap stems, refit , have a cup of tea and admire...!

Re: trx arrived, time to buy upgrades!
To fit YZF USD forks you need to replace the complete fromt end (including the yokes) and press the TRX stem into the YZF (or R1) bottom yoke.
They fork legs DO NOT slide into the TRX yokes

yes but im talking yzf 750 not yzf R1, r1 need you to swap yokes due to size difference but yzf 750's are 41 mm same as trx.........?
as for tdm it would be either just the cans or down pipes and cans, just need a bit of advice

yzf750 forks are USD, so although the shiny chrome bit may be 41mm the bit that goes in the yokes is about 2 inches across.....so they won't fit the TRX yokes, like they all said.
TDM exhaust.........TDM header won't fit cos it's got the hufuglymungous collector box on it - and why would you want to anyway?? TDM cans......race or OE? OE won't work as it's a 1-2 silencer. A race can is a race can....but you'll probably need TRX link pipes.
