i ride all year round, but TRiXy gets a break when the weather is this shity
normally on the TDM, but the XTZ makes an appearence in snowy or icey conditions
with the amount of scafalding around it, dropping it aint much of an issue

Yeah I do. 90 km round trip so it racks up a few k's. half of it through the Adelaide hills though so generally a good ride. Have a car as well but hate driving with a passion. Adelaide weather is a lot kinder than some places though. Really find winter not too bad its the 40 degree plus summer days that are the real problem.

I ride all year round, I don't particularly enjoy riding in the wind, cold and rain but I know I CAN so I do.

I imagine once I get a car my heavy rain commuting days will be over, I'm not really sure it's worth the risk to be honest.

I really enjoy cold morning rides with the sun coming up, ok it's cold but that sudden warmth that wraps around you is such a perfect feeling.

Don't like riding in the dark if I don't know the road though, I find glare a real issue!

Yeah, but if you live in the south of England the road ISN'T yours at 10 or 11pm...or at any time really. :D Tired, drunk or gormless car drivers are legion around here.

yeah i understand... i live in the outside skirts of melbourne, at the base of the hills(mount dandenong) so it's very quite out here at that time.. the worse time to ride out here is mid morning to learly afternoon due to the 'sunday drivers' dam tourists
