Bolt sizes

I need some new bolts, like the ones that mount the fairing to the side brackets, but how do you measure a bolt??

It looks to be about 6mm diameter, with about 10 threads per 10mm length and presumably is metric so does this make it a M6??

And presumably it is called a Mushroom head as it looks like a mushroom??

Now ... I know it's rare for me to comment on anything remotely technical ... I'm pretty sure you can get packs of bolts for the fairing from somewhere like Busters ... I've thought of doing mine as they're rusty and don't match. The size will be in the parts manual won't it?

I can tell you now they`re M6 x 1.0.
Just measure the length you need and they`re known as `button head`.
Oh and a table giving pitch variations,known as metric fine or superfine:

I can assure you those you seek are standard M6.
