certainly one cylinder runs hotter tha the other which could impact fuelling. I know Max used to run a larger jet on one side

possibleby because of the uneven firing pattern(270degree crank as such not 180 ) for an egermicated juess. Come on guys ...How close was I

I can’t see how the uneven firing order would cause one to run hotter, even though the firing is close coupled i.e. 90 deg. apart, then a wait of 270 deg. before the next closely coupled “bangs”.
The “bangs” will cause heat transfer across to either cylinder. There will be a heat, heat..cool…………………heat, heat..cool………………………. etc., there shouldn’t be a difference in temperature between the cylinders if all the fueling/ignition/compression pressures are similar.

Aren't the bangs 270 degrees apart, and then a wait of 450 degrees until the next bang? It's a 4 stroke, not a 2

it's to do with the gubbins on the side of one of the cylinders which affects the cooling of that cylinder.

I've got a thermal imaging shot of the bike running which clearly shows one cylinder running hotter than the other (somewhere!!)

in simple terms number 2 cylinder has cam chain tunnel (more metal - less cooling area) around it

check your plugs - one should be lighetr than the other which is a sign of hotter running

Yer funny that ..I noticed i sweat more on the left hand side than the right after having my hip replacement...More metal on that side...All makes sense now...Thnaks phuk
