I find the TRX can be an unwilling starter if you leave it too long unridden.

I left mine for 4 MONTHS with out a charger and it started straight up, I was quite shocked when the neutral light lit up to be honest

I commuted on mine when I had it last winter, and on the SV when mine was being written off.

This year though, my commute is about two and a half miles, I'm not sure it's worth getting kitted up for that, maybe on days when I leave in rush hour.

I commuted from central coast to Sydney ( About 200klms return trip ) on all kinds of bikes for 25 years and now I am commuting to northern central coast ( about 100 klms return trip ) on the TRX and feel like I should be getting more! Our winter hasnt been too cold this year, so when I see the euro winter weather report, I think about how tough you bike riding commuters are over there...I salute you!...rick54

been doing the Brisbane commute which is about 60km round trip. Its been getting a tad warm and even with my light jacket I am looking for more airflow. Still the early mornings are nice and it beats sitting in a bus.

Whereas I'm doing my commute in a shitbox Vauxhall Corsa, bumper to bumper with fools in cars who clearly got their licenses off the back of a cereal box and whose common sense and/or driving ability goes out of the (misted up) window when it's even slightly damp/foggy/cold/dark
