Pazzo levers for TRX?

Nah, what I meant was, is it a straight plug in for the TRX connector to the tangs on the R6 clutch switch or do you have to buy the R6 connector loom to plug into your harness? Or can you retro fit the TRX switch onto the R6 lever?

Hey Bob,

it's been a while since I did the conversion, but I took a look at it today and must say that the connector isn't connected (to anything ) .

So NO straight plug in, don't know what to convert to get it done.

Had a look today. Funnily enough the CRG R6 brake lever lever seems to fit straight on without any hassle? Will take it for a test ride soon. The TRX and the R6 clutch switches are again wildly different. The tangs on the TRX one are smaller, so they are not compatible. Probably have to get the connector wires for the switch to the block for an R6 and the cables adjusters between the two models are different sizes as well Trx cable adjusters are 8mm and 30mm long, R6 ones are 10mm and 34mm long - looks like another trip down to the wreckers

Yes and I can't say that I've noticed anything different since the conversion, so I do think it will start in gear with the clutch out. But to be sure, if I do ride tomorrow, I'll give it a try *and if not, I'll try on monday

Gerben, just pulled off the connector and started the bike, and was able to select 1st gear and take off. So you were right about it not needing the switch to be connected.

So all I have to get is the cable adjuster and the L/H side is done. Will put on the brake lever when I change over the TRX > R6 mc. How did you change the levers, did you undo the 6mm allen head retaining screw or did you just pull off the grip and the switch?

had to swap for an R6 perch, and don't forget to get the cable adjuster with it too. All up about $30 from the wreckers. For added bling I am now looking for a CRG clutch perch $$$$$$$$$

So the brake lever just bolts up right? Only need to replace the clutch perch?

yeah the std TRX brake mc seemed to work - though I do have an '03 R6 mc waiting in the wings to be fitted, to give better feel, '03 clutch perch too.
