There's nothing wrong with my bike

I'm lying, it's only running on one cylinder (yeah i've checked the blah and swapped the yadda yadda for another one,) carbs you say? electrics? wot the coil? the p/up coil? OH PANTS, i've tried all that and the valve gaps etc, advice would i'm sure be forthcoming from you great people all over the the place but i'll sort it eventually by a process of elimination or whatever, the trx is probably the most interesting bike i've had (yadda-yadda) but there's definitely a bit of setting up required. If only i was'nt so poor i could throw some money away and get an intelligent person to fix it for me during his (or her) man better looking/dressed than me break, i've owned,rented,despatched bikes 20 years and now that i'm a ahem middle aged man my head knows i should be on the cbr but i get it and any bike with true character has to be worth the aggro, this motorcylce is a pain in the ass and i may well set fire to it but i'm still glad i've got it, gotta go i'm bustin for a piss

was a plug check in amongst all of that??????

if you've got compression, fuel and a spark (presume thee are the things you have checked) the only issue can be that the spark is in the wrong place.

Try swapping over the l;eads from te coils. Tried a different CDI?

Thanks all, i have replaced the plugs a couple of times,compression is good,inlet rubbers replaced, it's sparking ok((another spare coil used) carbs have been stripped and cleaned (not too worn inside-no holes in diaphrams etc) CDI is next on the list when time permits

I did have the same broblem. The choke of the right cilinder was stuck

If it's running on the r/h cylinder, just chop the left half of the engine off, instant sports single, lose 30+kg.

Sorry for delay (been away), yeah i changed the coils (again) and plugs (again) and fuel pump,then re-routed the vacuum lines.
It may have been a combination of all of the above or one thing only but it's sorted and going like it should.
