A chappy over in the North Western suburbs made mine for me, did a good job. There's also a guy on eBay that now has them in stock. I'll dig out the details of both if you're interested M.V.

Edit: Here we go:

Peter at Screens For Bikes
Ph: 03 9469 3192
152 Leamington Street Reservoir 3073

Jon (flight20012008) rang me the other day to say that he'd got TRX db screens in, but I'd already bought mine from Screens for Bikes.
Have a look at his store anyways:

Spoken to him a couple of times, but haven't done any business with him. Takes the trouble to call me, so can't be that bad...
bought a db from jon20012008
great price reasonable finish tho screws and swell nuts not so good so use yamaha or mcs ones.

Hi guys
Stumbled across this thread as I'm struggling with serious wind noise on my trixxie. Even with earplugs and quiet helmet still unbearable above 90. Do the double bubble screens help in this regard? Love my bike but I'm going deaf!!
cheers.

:D Double bubble highers the screen, takes the wind pressure to around my neck, wont reduce wind noise around the lug holes though. Better fitting helmet, better quality etc will only do that.

Mine seems slightly quieter, but that would be height dependant...

A better lid might be better way to go. There's also things that go around the bottom of the helmet & reduce a lot of the wind buffeting, apparently they work very well.

Was at Clark Rubber on the weekend MV and grabbed some rubber weatherstrip code W264U and ran it along the edge of the db screen. Looks much better. Fit it up and cut to size and then lift it off and put a small drop of supaglue on the trailing edge of the screen before fitting the strip back on. Repeat process every 2 or 3 cm starting from the centre and working out. I'll bung up a pic when I get a sec.
Ride Well!
Cheers, Dave.

Sounds good Dave, it has been in the back of my mind... Not that I actually mind the way it looks now, but, you know... I look forward to seeing it!
