aftermarket oil lines ( braided )

im looking to put an oil cooler on both my xtz750 and my trx project

that hes fitted them

i did send him a message about a couple of things with no reply ( one of the things i asked was is he on here ) do we know wher i can get the connector plate that fits to the engine ?

That is THE TRX owned (but now sold ) by honkdawillydahonk on this forum.

Only one I've ever seen with custom oil lines, and they are probably custom made by him: he's a clever chap!

Best to message Honk through the forum so he knows you're 'one of us'.

Goodridge or Earls can make up pretty much anything.

Low pressure oil lines?
Again, you can make them yourself, ALL the raw materials are readily available:

yea i get my lines direct from a company in america and they beat all the lines over here price and quality wise

i just need the connectors to the engine

already got my ducati 999 trapazoid cooler

The main adaptor on the top of the oil pump /crankcase housing could still be quite simply done with alloy. Some square bar in a four jaw chuck on a lathe and rough it out, then finish the exterior with hand files and a power drill for the two fixing holes.
Even without a lathe it would maybe be a couple of hours work for each with a junior hacksaw, pillar drill and files.
I had asked Honk who made up his oil lines, the relpy came back, "wasn`t cheap".

id rather not make my own mount and just buy one

as i said i can make the lines just need to find the fixings

being expensive doesnt bother me

the front and rear end is going to cost me best part of £1000 if i can get em
the money for the lines will be down the back of the sofa

im now happy that the tdm got stolen cos i did want the trx more !

engine arrives next week then gets ripped apart and sent for tuning
and hopefully a hydraulic clutch conversion to make it smoother !

Hydraulic clutch conversion?
I`ve found the TRX clutch to be very light and positive in operation, but then I`m used to British iron and Guzzi/Laverda MANS cluches.
