Loads of power, short wheelbase and open the throttle
...used to work on the gsxr
alternatively accelerate till you hit the powerband, close throttle quickly then open it open quickly, be warned the front wheel rises pretty quick this way.......this works with the powervalve
ps make sure you cover the back brake just in case.

just before I bought my trx a few weeks ago I was researching the bike and read something that said the trx engine is prone to failure very quickly if wheelied a lot. But I cant remember where it was written.
Got a bandit 1200 in the garage, that is a great wheelie machine, well not for me though cos I cant pull good wheelies

Hasn't happened to mine yet, except for that time I forgot to check the oil... No wheelies involved though.
Make sure you read up on the proper oil checking technique, the TRX suffers from a distinct lack of oil pressure light.
