Hi there,is it possible to mount the handle bars above the triple clamps same as stock TRX?
I have YZF front end to go in and just noticed the handle bars all mount below.
Can I loosen the clamps and slide the forks up so as to mount them above or will this alter Rake,Trail and handling?
any feedback or experience would be welcome.

Of course you can but I'd suggest you will bugger up geometry (and you may also find that you smash your front guard o the rad)

YZF forks are shorter than TRX ones. Even when installed correctly the TRX will sit lower at the front with yzf forks, and fork top is designed to sit flush with yoke, not like the trx one.

So as the Phukmeister sez, dropping the yoke by 20mm or so to give enough space to fit the clipons above the yoke will make the bike pretty much unrideable.

Thanks fella's for your words of wisdom,however during the day I had come to the same conclusions to fit some after market high rise clip ons.
