i've just done the FZR400RR SP two into one deal.
still waiting to do an adjust and take it for a night time fang.
i followed Kev's advice and used a hairdryer to warm the seal, split the headlight, cleaned it inside and out, resealed it with appropriate goo and this is the result.
I WOULD RATHER WEAR OUT THAN RUST
