TDM headers don't fit the TRX, I tried it last year on my old bike (which I am starting to miss now :x ) I had the standard pipes modified by a local exhaust fabricator and they did a really good job of it, and it didn't affect the running at all*

Hi
Re the JCE pipes, I bought a pair for my Hayabusa but they didn't suit it and I took them off. I put them on the TRX and while they looked good and sounded nice they split around the mounting point after 500+ miles. They are guarenteed for life so I am having them re-sleaved in Stainless so that they can go back on. The quality of the product is OK (Not brilliant) but I would steer clear of the carbon cans for the TRX
Thanks
Heath
