Queensland riders beware new demerits points

Basically it's saying if you get booked for a similar offence twice in 12 months the second offence attracts double demerits. Didn't see this 'educated' to the masses when they implemented it. Another failing of the system that is going to trap a lot of unbeknown drivers/riders.

They never do report such things, preferring the masses to find out the hard way!
Ferkin Stasi, why don`t they concentrate on catching kiddy fiddlers and drug barons, even corporate tax evaders?
No, instead they pick on minorities like bikers.

I've caught the police prosocution out lying twice in the last 12 mths supplying false and misleading information in a court of law but I bet that won't apply to them

I got pulled a few years back for having a blown rear light bulb by two Stasi whose motor had a headlight out, I was told not to be cheeky when I pointed it out to them.
If I had a camera phone I would have taken a picture of it and posted it in the local gutter press to embarrass the cnuts but being a luddite I still have an old Nokia. It`s not even got a colour screen!

Was questioning them at QLD.Transport. about this if this apply to fines before implimentation or fines issued from date of implimentation.
But this came into play 04/06/2010 so over 12mths ago so didn't matter either way
