Well Ive got my crank back from the reconditioner and ready to reassemble
What sealant do you reccomend for the crankcase joint ?
Can I use a silicone or should I wait till next week and get some Yamaha stuff ?

Silicon is fine .... I take it you refer to the orange or black stuff that takes a bit of heat and is meant for gaskets
