Hay how are things in the world of TRX

Post by brockzila » Thu Jul 28, 2011 9:23 am

Hay you lot. Good to see a few familiar faces still here!

I was sitting waiting at the lights. when i heard a familiar sound. It was the rumble of a TRX in traffic, it pulled to the front the cue then fired off when the lights went green.

I have not stopped thinking about it ever since.

Yes i miss my TRX.

So im selling the GPZ500 fighter/pre 89 race bike to buy a TRX. Well some of a TRX.

Im on the look out for a frame and lower yoke, running motor (motor, loom, carbs, CDI) and a tank. also may be a swing arm rear wheel. maybe

I have a 90% complete ZX636 USD radial front end, a yoshi k8 gsxr1000 race tail. A couple of cut down cans off a monster.

I want to build a exhaust, will use what ever rearsets i can find, and will make plates to adapt and lower them, as the factory TRX pegs are way to high for me. It will get dirty bars, trail tech stealth digital Speedo, will have to have a look and see what swingarm and shock i can find that will fit. Yes i know a YZF750 will fit but i want to see what else may do the job, maybe a SSSA.

Im hoping to be able to seriously atart looking in a couple of months. Im also seriously looking into importing from aussie or the UK if i can find a complete bike and some one willing to split the costs and they take the parts i dont want shipped.

Cant wait to ride a TRX again!!!!

"You can take the TRX away from a man, but you can never take the man away from the TRX"
... or is it ...
