Hi Steve, Welcome aboard - know what you mean by not wanting to get it dirty again - roll on fine weather!

Hi Steve,
I'm new to this site too, only got my first TRX a few months ago.
Got a Ducati riding mate near to you, in Malaga. He's got a buddy looking for a TRX in Perth, maybe you can point him in the right direction?

Good to see some other Perth riders. I only rarely see a TRX on the road. Not often for sale either. Most of you seem to be northerners. Welcome. Weather is better SOR! More riding. :^o

Not much below 4 grand, likes to rev. Standard gearing is a bit tall. Dont bother putting it into top unless
you have 120k on the speedo.

Cheers

Hi Steve and welcome. I am finding the same here - snatchy at 3k and under, very nice over 4k. The gearing is weird - I ride around at mostly 50-60mph so bog down in 5th. 4th is just about ok but often riding around in 3rd @ circa 4.5k rpm!!! Bloody wierd to only use 3rd and 4th for 80% of my riding. I'm going to have to look at knocking a tooth off the front sprocket ...
