Breather pipe question

Post by Homer » Sun Aug 14, 2011 2:08 pm

As there is no airbox on my TRX, just Pod filters, what should I do with the breather pipe from the head? It currently just vents to atmosphere under the tank. I don't know if I should just block it off, draining it occasionally, or something else.
Also when the engine is running, there is a bit of smoke coming from the tube, and a slight oily dribble. Is this normal? I'm thinking I might be up for a new set of valve stem seals.

:? I'm sure that those that have done this have put a small filter on the end of it, cable tied out of the way.
