Our bikes in Performance Bikes!!

Post by NWS870R » Mon Oct 31, 2011 4:22 pm

Been a bit tight lipped about this but PB have done a big feature in their 'Obsession' section on both mine & Wendles bikes in the next issue (DEC) available to buy from this Wednesday (2nd)

Haven't seen it yet but fingers crossed it's a good feature [-o<

Your collective thoughts would be welcome :thumbleft:

Oh yes the Ducati supermono, gorgeous tools, I`ve been sat on one with the engine running but wasn`t allowed to hoon it around the circuit sadly. :(

.. and I must say the last edition of Farmers Weekly with the un-faired Massey Fergerson, fitted with the John Deer swing arm and lukey pipes, was just something to drool over :cyclops:

Have to say i prefer Gardeners World meself Stank - excellent feature on pre-preg carbon weave veg baskets & titanium nosed trowels in this months edition, had me rooted (geddit?!) #-o

Thanks Red Rex - a few artistically changed facts & comments but overall we were pretty pleased with the article :thumbleft:

So who was it that bought your Thunderace wheel that helped finance the Ohlins forks eh?
Bought the mag today pal, none too shabby piece of journalism to be honest. Although, I would have thought the photographer could have got better shots of you and Wendle.
The `quads` (twin, twins) looking beautiful as always. =D> Give the crazy mutt a good roughing up from me.

Edit:

Glad you enjoyed it mate. To be fair we really didn't want our pictures taken but got talked into doing one so i guess they only had that one to work with (i look like a retard innit?)

Mutt has been duly ruffed up on your behalf!

We used to call scuddy mags `Dead Hedghog Manuals`, an old pal and once BSA owners club top man Pete `Bon`- Boniface once said:

" ferkin ell, look at that, it`s like a dead hedgehog with it`s guts hanging out".

Therein started the term dead hedghog manual.
