Here's what it looks like on the TRX with 41mm FCRs

I have punched a small hole in the back and run the crankcase breather through it between the carb funnels to suck away the vapors and keep it from pulling in dirt.

Max, with the FCRs,did you plug the warming tubes coming in and going out of the radiator (the ones that are on the std carbs). After my bike was in the workshop with them working on the carbs, I got it back and it proceeded to leak coolant from the right hand carb. Back in the shop on Wed and I haven't heard anything since.......not a good sign

Used to have FCR41s on my Guzzi. What a great carb! Saving my pennies to get a set for Trxie.

(Update...) MS-H09 is the RamAir part number for this filter. (edit) It appears that the "H" is for the Japanese market... MS-009 should be the correct filter on RamAir's website. http://www.ramair-filters.com/frames.html

You might want to measure your setup first just to be sure.

Re the coolant hoses

Best thing to do is to use a new piece of hose and loop the carbs

or simply cap them off with a bolt and a cable tie

Watch for carb icing though,
