Yes Brian I do have one.
the code is........... 6mbyamah5s then some numbers.
Also Japanese imports have pumper Mikuni carbs and white faced rev counters.
The carbs are essentially the same as Aust new bikes, certainly the needles and jets for an Aust new bike fit Japanese import bikes, carbs.(phew).

Hey Ekoja, try your bikes numbers in the Motoverse link I posted earlier in the thread, see if it works and correctly tells you it`s a Japanese market version.

Ok so UK and Australian Bikes have the same first 3 prefixes
Aust.. JYA4XGTO
UK .. JYA4UN
Japan. 6MBYAMAH

Nah.
I seriously doubt that you would get a new to UK import these days, as they stopped making TRXs year 2000, (Yeah I know I dont want any letters)
Roughly 2000. 12 years old now for the last of the production, the first being 1995. which of course is 17 years old.

colour schemes is the other options you have with the imports too... We have black,blue,red, and red/black as std colours in OZ

We got dark green in the UK, bit like a Diversion colour, could'nt wait to paint mine, worst colour for a TRX

I have 1, a green 4un on 98 plate. Didn't know if there was better spec models if they was imports or not.

To the other reply I personally like the green. It's mint condition and very clean. I think it all compliments each other, yellow rim tape carbon cans, look good on it
