Ask your local Yamaha dealers, they `might` do an exchange for you.

If I get my hands on a small torque key tomorrow, I´ll start the process putting the stuff back in place.

Bike´s up and running again. 
Had to do 2 rounds with new shims for 4 of the intake valves to get accurate gaps.
They were probably pressing a lot on the valves before I started.
First startup of the bike was immediate, however I had new spark plugs again so
we will have to see in a couple of days how it behaves with the coldstarts.
One problem thats been solved, is the idle. Before I had to stand beside it and give
it throttle until it was warm. Now, it does it itself.
Had a lot of help from the Swedish forum to sort things out during the "operation".
Made some mistakes,
it was my first time going into an engine.
Thanks guy´s if you are reading this. Same for you helping out at this forum, thanks.
