are you able to switch back to the original cluster and see if she fires up with that?
if no joy a bit more info is needed as to exactly what you have done/replaced.

Three(!) threads merged as they were identical - please can all users remember that you only need to post a thread once, in the right place, otherwise I have to spend time merging/moving them.

You might want to take a wee trip to the downloads section of the forum, then go to the repair manual pdf and check the wiring diagrams. Imports were rev limited through a combination of the clocks and the CDI so there may be some wiring requiring some mods to get those sparks firing through the system.
I take it you`ve already checked there`s 12 volts at the coils?

I have checked coils and 12v there , and i also checked spark this morning by taking leads off and putn some other plugs in and
checkn spark arc on motor , they are sparking as they should.

After that fired bike up without fuel tank on , and it was idling sweet, i then put tank on while it was idling and turned fuel tap on ,
and twistd a bit of throttle and it just died, i believe it is over fueling itself some how . can any help ,
i have had fuel pump off and re mounted it , im pretty sure all hoses are correct, i will take some photos and upload them , pictures say a 1000 words
after all.

Hi Jordy..its going to be an easy fix....youve GOT to find another trx there in NZ and see where all the mess youve got there belongs...whith the photos youve got there... the only way will be to copy a stock bike back to base...
Sorry to be harsh..but . :dontknow: .youve got way too many options and what iff,s there to contemplate...
You need another running stock REX
pipeing could be crossed or blocked and the wireing could be wrong........
