ATHENA aftermarket gaskets?!?!

Post by hickoztrx » Sat Aug 18, 2012 3:14 pm

i need to rebuild the top end in my bike and want to get hold of a decent gasket set... i understand yamaha is always the best option but i'm running a tight budget at the moment i have been lookin on a few different website(KEDO, ebay) and ATHENA gaskets keep comming up... they're are an italian brand but i have never heard of them and have no idea of quality... not sure if italian made gaskets are like the chinese or better?? i would like to get away with a top end parts/gaskets for around $150AU..

all help welcome
Cheers

Don't know about gaskets but they make great posters, remember the tennis girl with the balls tucked in her nicks.
I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.

Well the original was in the 70`s after all!
Oh and to keep on topic, Athena gaskets are ok, but stick to original Yamaha valve stem oil seals.
