FCRs.... I know its been asked before.......

Top and bottom spigots, one's the fuel line and the other's the overflow, but which is which?

On mine bottom one is the fuel inlet, top one the overflow.

Don't let the top one become blocked or it will run terribly.

Speaking of the FCRs, mine have a slight slide flutter between 2000 and 2500 rpm..might say a flat spot...thoughts thereabouts ?
